Although it's one of the body parts you don't really get to "show off" much. It is really important train your legs. Your legs literally carries almost half of your potential muscle mass and not training them is doing yourself an injustice. That is alot of muscle mass you are losing out on to help you maintain lower levels of bodyfat comfortably.
